Ok, I have figured out what is really going on at the school board and Administration Building. I have finally got a handle on this whole thing. I downloaded the "minutes" from my iTouch to my computer. I hope this makes sense.....
The planet Spaceball, home planet of the evil Spaceballs is running out of air and the planet's ruler President Skroob has devised a evil scheme, where he plans to steal the air from the atmosphere of the peaceful planet Druidia. But Druidia is surrounded by a defense shield to prevent the Spaceballs from stealing the air. When Druidia's ruler King Roland's beautiful daughter Princess Vespa and her loyal droid Dot Matrix flees from Druidia during her wedding to Prince Valium, The evil commander of the Spaceball fleet, Dark Helmet captures Princess Vespa so King Roland will be forced to give them the access code to the defense shield. But heroic space pilot Lone Starr and his sidekick, Barf (A Mog half man-half Dog) comes to Princess Vespa's rescue. With help from wise and powerful master of the magic ring "The Schwartz" Yogurt, Lone Starr, Barf, Dot and Princess Vespa set out to save Druida and foil Dark Helmet and President Scroob's scheme and prevent them from stealing the air from Druidia.
Ok, to sum up, Hinton is evil, no one is giving out any information, Knapp is nuts and trying to throw up on everyone, and Vespa is sucking the air out of the place. See? I can report like those "other" blogs.

OMG! You are too funny! I read this at midnight, do you think there is any significance there? You must admit, there is something very strange going on in Dist. 150 when a new principal reports to the old principal that she believes misused school funds. The old principal had an Admin job created just for her because they were really short on Admin. (not) And the person under investigation is still working. Aside from all the other crap (changing grades, shortening school days, closing schools and flat out disrespect that is going on, the funny money is the icing on the cake. Hinton is ultimately responsible. I, honestly, believe he needs to go also. There is something very wrong in Denmark. (aka Druidia)

The PPD is investigating, if Mary Davis was a criminal, she would not still be working would she? If 150 was purging records illegally, an injunction would have been filed by now wouldn't it?

Emerge: I'm only speculating as usual, but if 150 fires Davis now, they are a sure loser in a whistleblowing case. I think they might be between the devil and the deep blue sea. They might just be taking their time or stalling until the police department (or whoever is investigating) forces their hand. I really don't know how long the investigation should take, etc., or how long it takes to issue an injunction. However, shouldn't we also know by now if Davis has been declared totally innocent? Surely, 150 will let the public know immediately instead of leaving Davis out there to swing amidst all this speculation.
May I offer up an idea? Maybe, just maybe no crime has been committed. Maybe what was seen as a theft or misuse of funds wasn't and the District by calling the police was covering their asses. Then, just maybe, the Principal that was fired was simply fired because they didn't like her or she didn't fit. I have seen teachers let go simply because they didn't fit what the Admin or Board thought. They, the District, has that right to terminate her contract without cause. I'll wait and see before I speculate on who is hiding the pea under what nutshell.
I think this case brings to light some very poor bookkeeping practices, etc., by the district (at individual schools--practices that should be revised even if no one is guilty in this case. I'm basing my thoughts on things I saw happening at Manual--too much secrecy. This case is just a bit unusual, too, because of the authority held by the former principal over the new principal. These aren't things that would have come to light without a complaint by the new principal. I want this case investigated because of the general, not just the particular inequities, etc.
