Old Garbage smells.
Garbage totes full of old garbage smells.
Being forced to rent a tote from one garbage company smells.
Being told a few years back that WM had to go because they were too expensive smells.
Raising the Garbage Fee which we were told would be a temporary fee and would never go up smells.
Being told that PDC can do it cheaper smells.
Now being told PDC is too expensive and tote rentals is the only way for them to cut costs smells.
Having a high management type person at PDC being a very close friend of a council member smells.
Huh. Lying to the public and backroom hand shakes smell even worse.

Again, very well stated indeed! How much publicity would it take to bring these transactions to better public awareness and hopefully generate enough ire to either rescind this insanity or at the least, bring intense shame to those involved and prevent future underhanded deals that really pinch personal finances, especially for fixed income. Regardless, it is the principal behind this that stinks!
I'm almost looking forward to getting a 96 gallon tote. It'll solve my coon problem.
